• Where are you located?

We are proudly based out of Ottawa, Canada. But we wouldn't be able to do it without our manufacturing and export team in Siberia.

  • Are your teas organic?

Every single ingredient we use is grown in the wild, without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, GMOs, or ionizing radiation.

  • Where do your products come from?

All of our teas are harvested in the wild, pristine forests around Lake Baikla in Siberia and manufactured in a GMP compliant natural medicine facility.

  • Do you have any certifications?

Our manufacturing facility is approved by Health Canada, allowing us to produce natural health products and as it operates under strict manufacturing practices, quality standards and control. Moreover, our manufacturer holds various European certifications, allowing for creation and distribution of medical grade natural health products.

  • Where can I buy your products?

Our chaga and wellness teas are available on our online shop and other online retailers such as Etsy and Amazon.

  • I want to carry your teas in my store. What are your wholesale offerings?

That's amazing – let's chat! Get in touch by emailing us at hello@birchmoon.ca.

  • How can I reach you?

Visit our contact page to find our digits.

  • What is the shelf-life of your teas?

Each blend of our tea is best used within two to three years. Make sure to check the bottom of your tea box for the best before date.

  • How do I brew a cup?

Just brew some water, get your favourite mug out and let a sachet steep for at least 10-15 minutes. That's the best time to activate nutrients and unlock the flavours. If you like your tea stronger, keep it in for longer. If you're brewing loose chaga powder, use fine infuser to 1 teaspoon of chaga for every 1 cup of hot water.

  • How many times can I re-brew each tea bag?

You can brew the tea bags once or twice depending on what herbal tea you have and how long you'd steeped it for.

  • Do you have any recipes?

Oh yeah, and lots of them! Check out our growing collection of drink recipes on our blog.

  • The t-shirt I got smell funny, like vinegar-like?

Not to worry! The printing process used by our manufacturer (DTG, or Direct-to-Garment) may sometimes leave a mild odor on the item. This smell should go away on its own in no time. If it sticks for longer than a few days, flip the item inside out and give it a wash (go cold, dry and low) or rinse it in cold water and hand it to dry. If the smell remains, reach out to us immediately and we will replace the item.

  • Do you offer affiliate program and free samples for influencers?

We love partnering with humans who believe in our products and hold the same values. Let's be responsible and get to know each other before we commit to anything. Connect with us on social or email us at hello@birchmoon.ca.
