How Much Chaga Should You Drink? Chaga Dosage Recommendations

Chaga is one of the mushrooms that can be found in the wild here in North America, Northern Europe and Siberia. People have consumed chaga (inonotus obliquus) for centuries for the medicinal effects it provides. It packs of tons of powerful nutrients and is high in antioxidants. This said, how much chaga tea should you be drinking and how often?

What about chaga tea dosage? Health Canada recommends that you consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a medical condition or taking a prescription medication.  They also do not recommend women that are pregnant or breastfeeding to consume chaga mushrooms.

How Much Chaga is Too Much Chaga?
